Return Policy

All of Watermark Swimwear products are made in Australia with strict quality control in place. It is important you follow our size guide (available in the footer) or reach out to us at admin@watermarkswimwear.com, with any questions you may have before you purchase something form our range.

If you find your product isn't fitting quite right, we are more then happy to do an exchange by issuing you a store credit to the value of your swimwear (minus original shipping charges) if the following is met:

• Unworn items must be returned within 14 days of delivery date
• Unworn items must have all swing tags attached and hygiene sticker in place 
• Unworn items must be returned in the original Watermark Swimwear wash/storage bag

Please be aware that all sale items are final. We do not accept exchanges or returns on sales or promotions.

By joining up to our mailing list, you will receive discount codes and promotions from time to time. Please be aware that any orders made prior to a sale, are not negotiable for a percentage of a refund once a sale has commenced.

Every product we send out is initially quality controlled, however, in the unlikely event of a faulty item, please contact us at admin@watermarkswimwear.com as soon as possible, so we can start the exchange process. 
Please include your name, order number and what item(s) you are returning in the email. 

Watermark Swimwear will bare the return shipping costs, so please keep your postage receipt and we will reimburse you if we deem the item to be faulty. If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to complete the exchange, so we recommended you use a tracked method for safe delivery. Once your item is returned to us, has been inspected and deem it to be faulty (up to our discretion), you will be given a store credit so you can repurchase from our online store.

Please note... All color shades can slightly differ in each production run of swimwear, fabric items and our leather accessories. When we photograph our collection, lighting and other factors may have an effect on the color(s) in the photos. The product(s) color may appear slightly different in real life. We do our best to keep the color true to life in the images, but this isn't always possible. The device you view our products on may also affect the product color.
